Shipping & Delivery
At JMR Designs and Plants, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. JMR Designs and Plants is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
If your package experiences any of the following:
- Lost in transit
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Stolen after delivery
- Damaged during shipping
You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. The carrier is responsible for investigating and resolving shipping-related issues.
Please keep your tracking number and any shipping documentation, as these may be required when submitting a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. JMR Designs and Plants is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact transit times.

All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders
Because many of our products are handmade and made specifically for each customer, all custom-designed and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom Freshies
- Personalized Drinkware
- Custom Apparel
- Personalized Accessories
- Any item created specifically to your requested design, colors, wording, or personalization
