Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos and videos of the damaged item
  • You must provide photos of the shipping box and all packaging materials, including any visible damage to the package
  • All documentation must be sent in your initial message

If approved, a replacement item will be made and sent. Replacements are not guaranteed without proper documentation.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color variation
  • Personal preference
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Custom or personalized items

All custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Privacy

Your data is secure with us. We never share your information with third parties. All payments are processed through our secure website platform. JMR Designs and Plants does not store or have access to your full payment information, such as credit card numbers.
